Is there a minimum order quantity?

Here at Specially Made Gifts, we value personalization even for individual items. Most of our offerings have no minimum order quantity or are only very minimal if any.

 What is the mode of payment?

  • Local Bank Deposit/Online Fund Transfer via Banco de Oro (BDO)
  • Paypal
  • Debit or Credit Card (Visa / Mastercard)

 

For local bank deposit/online fund transfer via Banco de Oro (BDO), the bank account details will be provided after checkout has been completed. We will require you to send a copy of the deposit slip or a screenshot as a proof of payment. Kindly send this together with the order reference number to service@speciallymadegifts.com for validation. 

 

For Paypal and Card Payments, these will all be processed by Paypal. You will be redirected to the payment instruction.

What is the shipping time and its corresponding charges?

Shipping fee varies depending on the shipping location and the weight/volume of the order. Shipping options with their corresponding charges will be displayed upon checkout.

 

Standard Delivery Time

  • 3-5 days for Metro Manila (excluding holidays)
  • 7-10 days for Provincial (excluding holidays)
  • For international shipping, this will be indicated upon checkout.

 

Note: Production time + delivery time = total lead time

Can I return an item or ask for a refund?

Since all items are customized and personalized, we require full payment and will not entertain returns or cancellations once orders are deemed final for production.
